Do we charge Cancellation Fee?
No cancellation fee is charged, if you cancel the booking within 3 days prior to the booking date.
Is it possible to cancel or modify my reservation once it is confirmed?
Yes it is. Please contact our Staff and they will be more than happy to help.
Confirmation : How will I know my reservation is confirmed?
Reservation only confirmed “confirmation email with booking number” after payment of bond. Our staff will contact you within 24 hours after reservation.
What happens if I return the vehicle late?
You must return the vehicle as per stated on the agreement , Company must be notified in writing for extension otherwise the vehicle will be immediately reported to police as stolen.
What methods of payment do we accept?
Mihiri Rent-a-Car accepts all major Credit Cards & cash. It is required that the main driver on the vehicle holds a current credit card for bond purposes.
Can I return the vehicle outside the location operating hours?
Sorry, we don’t have any other branches. You should return to Carindale or Tingalpa location. You can pickup/return anytime with prior appointment. To keep the cost minimum we are opening by appointment only.
Can anyone other than myself drive the car?
Yes, but you should have prior approval from us.
